Principal’s Welcome
Hello!
My name is Jessica Garcia, and I am the principal and 5th–8th grade teacher here at Peninsula Adventist School. I grew up in this community, where I not only attended PAS, but later earned my teaching credential and Master’s in Education from CSU Monterey Bay. I’ve been working in education for the past eight years, and my passion for teaching continues to grow each year.
When I’m not in the classroom, I love spending time with my family and friends, exploring nature, going on hikes, or relaxing at the beach.
I’m so excited to be serving at PAS because it is such a special place. Each day, we invite God to be part of our learning and our lives. We help students build meaningful relationships with Him, and we remind them daily of the deep love God has for them. Students thrive in our loving and safe environment, where they are encouraged and empowered to learn and grow.
One of my deepest values is education, and I feel truly blessed to work alongside God, students, and families so that every child can grow spiritually and academically. We are a Christ-centered, family-oriented community—and we can’t wait to share that with you!

Vision
To advocate leadership cultivation, community service, high MAP ranking, and most importantly knowledge of God the Creator through nature and revelation, with the goal of learning to love like Jesus Christ.
Mission
By developing, strengthening, and utilizing the school, home, and church partnership for supporting student achievement and growth, PAS aims to glorify God, serve man, and be conservators of His created works.
